Graphic artist with DEEP experience in photo manipulation, deleting and adding things to photos with absolute transparency. This task would require working with; * Relatively low-res images, * Extensive removal of overlaying images, * A lot of touch up and sharpening of the underlying image, and, * Finally adding/creating pieces that do not currently exist (other photos may be available for reference). This is not an easy gig and is only for someone who wants a challenge. Also, my ROI must be fairly high.
