Create a FAQ chatbot trained on our help documents

Project overview

We have a set of help documents and want a chatbot on our website that answers common questions using only that information. It should say clearly when it does not know and offer to connect the visitor to a person.

What you will deliver

Notes on the deliverables

Who will be a great fit

We are happy to work with a motivated newer freelancer, as long as your samples show real care and quality. Honesty, curiosity and good manners matter to us as much as technical ability. We are a small team and would like a long-term working relationship with the right person.

Keeping in contact

We reply to messages within one working day and expect the same from you. We will confirm anything important in writing, and ask you to do the same. A short call is fine when something is complicated, at a time that suits you.

Budget and payment

We have set a fixed budget of USD $100 for the work described here. We cannot raise the budget, so please do not apply expecting us to negotiate a higher amount. We prefer milestone or escrow payments, which protect both sides, and we pay as soon as the deliverables are approved.

Changes after delivery

Two rounds of reasonable revisions are included in the fixed price. Our feedback will come as one organised list instead of many separate messages. If something does not match the original brief, fixing it is not counted as one of the rounds.

What is and is not included

This post describes everything we expect to be included in the chatbot. Please point out anything you believe we have forgotten, so we can settle it before work begins. Anything beyond the list will be handled as a separate, clearly priced request.
