Key Responsibilities
Type and format documents, reports, and correspondence with high accuracy
Perform data entry tasks into spreadsheets, databases, or software systems
Write and edit basic content such as emails, reports, and records
Verify, update, and maintain data for accuracy and completeness
Organize digital files and maintain proper documentation
Proofread content to ensure error-free text
Meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks efficiently
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic writing and editing abilities
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs, or similar tools
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Basic knowledge of data management systems (preferred)
Experience
